The gravitational
approach

"In Washington's influence ecosystem, hard lobbying creates resistance. Soft power creates gravitational pull — drawing stakeholders toward your position rather than pushing against theirs."

Soft Power Development

Building influence through attraction rather than force — cultivating the relationships and reputations that drive lasting change and make your objectives inevitable.

Data-Driven Insights

Research and analytics to identify the optimal points of influence and engagement, ensuring every strategic decision is grounded in evidence.

Crisis Navigation

Drawing on diplomatic crisis management experience to guide you through complex challenges — with the calm precision of someone who has done it on the world stage.

An unlikely ambassador who became an award-winning strategist

Lindsay Einstein's journey into diplomacy began at 16, when she left rural North Carolina for a year abroad and became an ambassador of American culture in Southern Italy. That formative experience instilled a lifelong passion for languages, a rare ability to connect people across all backgrounds and beliefs, and, most importantly, empathy.

She went on to begin her career as a diplomat in Latin America, developing the cross-cultural fluency that defines her approach to communications. Today, companies like Verizon, Southern Company, Delta Air Lines, Kering Group, and Ford seek her expertise — and she shares it with the next generation as an Adjunct Professor at the George Washington University School of Political Management.

A frequent voice in Fortune, Forbes, and the Wall Street Journal, Lindsay is the co-author of groundbreaking research with Penn State examining voter views on ESG. She also serves on the board of the Civic Responsibility Project, lending her passion for purpose to companies driving voter engagement programs across the country.
